Vinyl Silk Wash N Wear
WASH N WEAR is a premium quality long lasting water based acrylic pain use to acheive luxurious finishes. It gives and excellent sheen/matt finish on various substrates as recommended by the BERGER PAINTS technical specification.
DESIGNED USE:
- Recommended for interior usage only
- It has good wash ability and can withstand some amount of scrub from stains of various types
AVAILABILITY:
– Is available in white and various shades range as per Berger shade card and COLORIZER.
SURFACE PREPARATIONS:
The surface to be painted needs to be clear of all grease, laitance and fungal growth. For best results use ROBBIALAAC ANTIFUNGAL WASH for effective preparation. STUCCO PUTTY-INTERIORÂ can be applied to fill all cracks and surface undulation for smooth surface. We recommend applying one coat of ROBBIALAAC ACRYLIC PRIMER UNDERCOAT WHITE (INTERIOR) / ROBBIALAAC ACRYLIC BINDER CLEAR (INTERIOR) to provide thorough binding of WASH N WEAR top coat.
Two to three coats of WASH N WEAR can be applied as required, giving three to four hours gap between coats. Painted surfaces that require refurbishing can be prepared by removing the flakey old paint and proceeding with procedure described above.
THINNING RECOMMENDATION: Â Soft water and to the extent of maximum of 10% of the paint.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:Â By roller/brush and if large areas are to be painted one can use suitable spray application. To keep the brush/roller and spray equipment in good condition for use, clean the same in Luke warm water and dry them immediately after application.
SPILLAGE AND DISPOSAL:Â In case of accidental spillage, cover it with inert material sand/saw dust and can be disposed as per local regulations.
STORAGE: The material is to be stored in well ventilated rooms at an ambient temperature not more than 35°c and in original containers.
SHELF LIFE:Â Best before one year from the date of manufacture in original .
