Coverage:

  1. The theoretical coverage of ROBBIALAC WEATHER COAT would be approximately 7 – 9 M² liter at a Dry film thickness of 30 µ.

*Due consideration must be given to the evenness of the surface and the nature of the substrate[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Surface preparation” tab_id=”1484254743463-3ee73dbe-51b1″][vc_column_text]Surface preparations:

  1. The surface to be painted needs to be clear of all grease, laitance and fungal growth
  2. For best results use ROBBIALAC ANTIFUNGAL WASH for effective preparation on fungus affected area.
  3. STUCCO PUTTY-EXTERIOR can be applied to fill all cracks and surface undulation for smooth surface
  4. We recommend applying one coat of ROBBIALAC ACRYLIC PRIMER UNDERCOAT WHITE to provide thorough binding of ROBBIALAC WEATHER COAT top coat
  5. Two to three coats of ROBBIALAC WEATHER COAT can be applied as required, giving three to four hours gap between coats
  6. Painted surfaces that require refurbishing can be prepared by removing the flakey old paint and proceeding with the procedure described above

  • By roller/brush and if large areas are to be painted one can use suitable spray application
  • To keep the brush/roller and spray equipment in good condition for use, clean the same in Luke warm water and dry them immediately after application

Thinning recommendation:

  • Soft water and to the extent of maximum of 10% of the paint by volume.
